Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in connection with the Cobalt Striker Dash mobile game and any related features or services (together referred to as the "Application"). The Application is managed by YUPITER-5 TOV, which is identified in this policy as the "Service Provider."

Information Collection and Use

Certain data may be received or generated when you download, open, or interact with the Application. Depending on how you use the game and its available features, this information may include:

  • The IP address associated with your device or internet connection.
  • Records of the screens or sections you visit, together with relevant dates, times, and approximate session lengths.
  • The overall duration of your activity within the Application.
  • Information about the operating system running on your mobile device.
  • Data collected through cookies or similar technologies.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cobalt Striker Dash, along with third-party software development kits (SDKs) integrated into the Application, may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and related technologies to support analytics, maintain functionality, and understand how services are used. Where applicable law requires consent for optional tracking activities, the Service Provider will seek the necessary permission before enabling those technologies.

Your Rights

Privacy legislation applicable to your location may give you the right to review personal information held about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or ask for the removal of your information. You may also withdraw consent when processing relies on consent as its legal basis. To make a request or ask questions about these rights, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you reside in California, you may be entitled to exercise certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. These rights may include learning what personal information is collected and how it is used, requesting deletion, opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and receiving equal service regardless of whether you exercise your privacy rights.

California residents may direct privacy-related requests to [email protected].

The Service Provider may use information you provide to send operational updates, essential service announcements, legally required notices, and promotional messages where permitted by applicable law.

Some Application features may require information that can be associated with an individual. If such details are requested, they will be handled according to the provisions and limitations set out in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Access

Information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or transformed so that it cannot reasonably identify a particular person may be shared with external partners from time to time. Such data may help assess usage patterns, troubleshoot issues, and improve the performance and quality of the Application.

Personal information may also be disclosed to third parties when a valid legal basis exists and the disclosure is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

International Data Transfers

Information relating to users may be handled by the Service Provider or its third-party partners in countries other than the country where the user lives. These locations may include countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where cross-border processing is subject to legal restrictions, the Service Provider will use an appropriate transfer mechanism, which may include:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
  • An applicable adequacy decision or another transfer mechanism recognized by law.
  • The individual's consent, where consent is legally required and is a valid basis for the transfer.

Privacy requirements differ across jurisdictions, and the safeguards available in one country may not be identical to those in another. The Service Provider will apply appropriate protections and obtain any required authorization before transferring personal information when applicable law requires it.

Third-Party Services

Cobalt Striker Dash may rely on external platforms and technology providers that process information under their own privacy policies and terms. Depending on the features used and the services integrated into the Application, these providers may include:

  • Google Play Services
  • AdMob
  • Firebase
  • AppsFlyer

Users are encouraged to review the privacy documentation provided by these services to understand their respective data-handling practices.

The Service Provider may disclose information supplied by users or collected automatically in the following situations:

  • When disclosure is required by applicable law, a lawful court order, a subpoena, or another valid legal process.
  • When reasonably necessary to protect the Service Provider's legal rights, safeguard the security of users or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud, or respond to a lawful government request.
  • When information must be shared with authorized contractors or service providers performing tasks on behalf of the Service Provider, provided they are not independently authorized to use that information for their own purposes and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy requirements.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop further information collection through Cobalt Striker Dash by uninstalling the game from your device. Once the Application has been removed, it will no longer collect additional information from that installation. However, information already transmitted to the Service Provider or an external provider may continue to be retained in accordance with the applicable retention policies.

To request deletion of personal information, withdraw consent, or exercise another privacy right available to you, please email [email protected].

Data Retention Policy

The period for which information is stored depends on why it was collected, the nature of the data, and any applicable legal obligations. The Service Provider generally follows these retention practices:

  • Information provided by users: Normally maintained while the Application is in use and for up to 12 months after use ends, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Automatically collected information: Generally retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection, unless additional storage is necessary for legal or compliance purposes.
  • Aggregated or anonymized information: May be kept indefinitely when it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable person.
  • Information required by law: Retained for the period specified by the relevant legal or regulatory requirements.

You may ask the Service Provider to delete personal information associated with your use of the Application. Certain records may nevertheless need to be preserved to satisfy legal obligations.

If you wish to request removal of information you previously submitted through Cobalt Striker Dash, contact [email protected]. Please note that removing particular information may limit the availability or functionality of certain features.

Children

Cobalt Striker Dash is not designed specifically for children under 13 years of age, or below any higher minimum age applicable under local law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or intentionally direct promotional activities toward them.

Where parental or guardian authorization is required by law, the Application should not be used by a child until the required permission has been obtained. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.

If the Service Provider discovers that information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to remove that information from its systems as promptly as practicable.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information may contact [email protected]. The Service Provider will review the request and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

Security

The Service Provider uses reasonable organizational, technical, administrative, and, where appropriate, physical safeguards to help protect information handled through the Application. These measures are intended to reduce the likelihood of unauthorized access, accidental loss, improper disclosure, or unauthorized modification.

No method of electronic storage or data transmission can guarantee absolute security. The Service Provider therefore seeks to apply suitable protections while recognizing that no system can eliminate every possible risk.

Data Breach Notification

If a security incident compromises personal information, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals or the relevant authorities when notification is required by applicable law. Where necessary, the notice may outline the general circumstances of the incident and the actions taken or planned to investigate and address its effects.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Application changes, legal requirements are revised, new technologies are introduced, or information-handling practices are modified.

When a significant revision is made, the updated version and its effective date will be published. If applicable law requires consent to a material change, the Service Provider will obtain that consent before implementing the change.

Previous versions of this Privacy Policy may be available upon request. To inquire about an earlier version, email [email protected].

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-10-09.

Your Consent

Where consent is required to process personal information, you provide it by actively authorizing the relevant feature or granting the requested permission. You may withdraw that consent at any time, subject to applicable law.

Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawfully carried out before consent was withdrawn. Information processed on a different lawful basis may continue to be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.
